Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Curato, a digital service operated by FOP Pendrakovska O.M., an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. By using the service — or buying a pack of generations — you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use Curato.

1. What Curato is

Curato builds an aesthetic profile from your details and a short visual test, then composes interior images from it — either imagined rooms or a redesign of a photo of your own room. The generated rooms are illustrative and for inspiration. Curato is not a professional interior-design, architectural, or construction service, and does not promise that any depicted item, material, or layout exists, is available to buy, or is safe to build. When we redesign a photo of your room we aim to preserve its architecture, but AI output varies and is never a survey or a construction drawing.

The questionnaire is a taste-and-comfort tool, not a clinical or psychological assessment. The archetype, colour, astrological and numerological layers are offered as lenses for reflection and delight, and are labelled in the product as not science.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 to use Curato. You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox and account. Do not share access to a paid account. We may suspend or close accounts used abusively or in breach of these terms.

3. Generations, packs and prices

Taking the test and reading your profile is free. Generating interiors spends credits, which you buy once in a pack:

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal — nothing recurs and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pack. Credits do not expire and stack if you buy again. Prices are shown before purchase and may change over time; the price you see at checkout is the price that applies. Hryvnia is the default for Ukraine and US dollars elsewhere.

What each action costs: a generated room 1 credit, redesigning a photo of your own room 2 (it produces several options), swapping a piece of furniture 1, turning a room into video 5. These costs are shown in the app and may be adjusted for new purchases. A generation that fails to start costs nothing.

The Family pack additionally lets two people keep their own profiles and share generated spaces; anything generated as shared appears in both galleries (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Payment

Payments are processed by WayForPay. We never receive or store your card details. Credits are added only after the payment provider confirms the payment to us — if your bank is slow, the app says so plainly and you should not pay twice. If a payment is declined, nothing is charged and no credits are added.

5. Refunds

Credits are digital content delivered immediately, and by buying you ask for that immediate access. You may still request a refund within 14 days of purchase for the credits you have not yet spent; spent generations are not refundable, since they have already been produced and delivered. Write to us from the email you bought with. If a technical fault on our side consumed your credits without producing a result, tell us and we will restore them.

6. Your content & the images

Photos you upload remain yours; we analyse and discard them without storing (see the Privacy Policy). You may use rooms Curato generates for you for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them with the Curato watermark intact. The Curato software, brand, wordmark, test, scoring and matrices remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, scraped, or reverse-engineered.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: upload unlawful content, or photos of other people without their consent; attempt to overload, probe, or circumvent the limits of the service; use automated means to extract our content; or use Curato to create harmful, deceptive, or infringing material.

8. Availability

Curato depends on third-party AI providers, so features may be briefly unavailable, slower than usual, or changed. We may add, alter or retire features — including adjusting what actions cost — but we will not take away credits you have already bought.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Generated results are subjective and may not match your expectations; that alone is not grounds for a claim. We are not liable for decisions you make, or money you spend, acting on the suggestions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure) release us from liability for the affected period.

10. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page and takes effect on publication. Disputes are resolved first by good-faith negotiation, and otherwise under the law of Ukraine. Contact: pendrakovskaya@gmail.com.
