About these terms

The website explains a configurable visual sales solution for architectural décor brands. Demonstrations, mock-ups, commercial examples and indicative functionality are provided for evaluation and may be adapted for each client implementation.

No commercial commitment

Submitting a demo request or discussing a potential project does not create a contract. Scope, timing, fees, support and service levels will be agreed separately in writing.

Intellectual property

The Curato View name, website design, copy, demonstration materials and software concepts shown here may not be copied, redistributed or represented as another party’s work without written permission. Client product names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume or use its materials unlawfully.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided for general business information and demonstration purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on preliminary website content or temporary unavailability.

Governing law
